As someone who's been fortunate enough to get the "E" Ticket ride quite a few times (QF-4's and F/A-18) I can assure you it is something you'd very much enjoy!

Bummer he had to eject after all that.

I guess I don't understand why he didn't punch out earlier..As much as I like airplanes, I like my hide more. I did come into NKP a couple times with one engine shot up and a prop feathered, but never on fire. We had an incident before I got there in late '68 where one of the A26's caught fire on a mission and was being escorted back by another, when he blew up and took out both airplanes..killed 4. Aircraft fires and I don't get along...
