I bought this 1970 ford f250 yesterday and it came with this behemoth of a camper, i only want to get rid of it because im city driving and wont ever use it

Thank you! Im in love with the thing, but the camper is really not my style as a city driver, i actually have it listed at $400 on facebook, offerup and craigslist.

But the issue is i dont have the jackstands to remove it, so ive been pretty much offering lower the price for anyone who helps me remove it

I recommend you put links to your ads into a post here on WTW.

To safely get the camper off the truck, I recommend finding/renting some tripod base cable jacks. I’d use at least three, preferably four to tame the tipsiness of the camper in the air. With some luck, the buyer might even have a source. Brophy and Reico are two companies that make tripod base jacks. Some are gear driven instead of cable, and they IMO are safer.
