How can I fix this?

My headliner is pulling away from the baton/stringers on the ceiling. Has anyone experienced this?

I want to get it secured so my three year old doesn't want to finish the job...

I re-did my entire headliner awhile back and it's not that hard. I tore off all of the battons replaced the insulation re-wired and then put on the new headliner that Ben sent me.

you should be able to pull down the battons, pull the ends together, secure them inplace (tape, spray adhesive...) and then put up new battons. That is if you are trying to keep the old headliner.

I bought new synthetic battons from Lowe's and used a Porter Cable pnuematic staple gun to attach them. Looks great!

The staple gun worked awesome and punches through the aluminum frame just like from the factory.
