How to access / remove Whale faucet in Hawk?

So one of my Wife's peeves is that the standard Whale faucet in our sink is too short. I have ordered in the Whale mixer faucet with the shower head and figured it would allow her the extra reach she is looking for.
I have a 2017 Hawk with front dinette, and am wondering how one would access the faucet behind the sink?

I went that route on a previous Hawk. Whale faucets are terrible. including the pull out one. I just pulled my Whale faucet from my 2018 Hawk and installed a $39.95 standard metal kitchen faucet with a separate pullout from Home Depot. 10 times better.
