Ideas to seal pinholes from water

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has ideas to seal the pinholes from the sewing process? I've noticed leaks along the sewing lines that are letting in water any soaking my mattress and the grey fabric.

On my old FWC I used seam sealer. I think I used the Kenyon brand but lots of different ones are available now.

If it is canvas then you can use "Canvak" but you will need to leave it up and air it out completely as the stuff must be good since it reeks so badly. read up on it and check your mfger for their recommendation beforehand.

Any seam sealer would work, or maybe RTV silicone caulk.
