Is there an exterior mc4 connector to battery?

All I can find are sae connectors. Not mc4 exterior to battery connector for mta renogy solar panels. .thx!

The SAE connector is sometimes known as a "molded rubber polarized connector". that *might* help your searches. All of those that you'll find have too small of a wire. Some are molded with 10 gauge wires which is still small, but is as good as it gets since the largest wire that an MC4 can handle is also 10 gauge. Read the "HandyBob" solar blog to learn why 10 gauge is too small. You're not given much option if you're going to stay with the stock wiring.

I have had no problems using 8ga wire with mc4 connectors from Renogy. I use marine grade wire which is fine stranded,
this allows it to fit the mc4 properly where as a heavy stranded wire would not.
