The HT (hard top) model is kind of rare. I've never seen one in all of my travels.

Here's Stan's post from 2010.

The HT model satisfies the NPS requirement for hard sided camper when camping in Grizz country such as at Yellowstone's Fishing Bridge RV Park (actually closed for 2019 season).
