Let me clear up some of the details. The RTT is the Airlander bought new in 12/2010, it is the small size that was recommended for the 4Runner, sleeps two, it has been on the roof outside until early spring when I sold the 4Runner and purchased a FWC, it is in very good condition other than a small 2 inch tear that has been patched, the rest of the fabric is very good, screens and zippers are very good. Mattress, pillows and ladder are all excellent condition. The Airlander cranks up and down in less than a minute, there are no gas struts (none needed). The side tent is the changing room and is a nice option, that being said, it is not nearly as robust as the Airlander in the wind.
