Didn't know quite where to file this interesting oddity. Almost thought it should go to the Van Conversion and Mscl Trailers, but it didn't seem like a good fit.

Check out this guy's recycled materials bike trailer. Ultra-light and very efficient home on wheels. Maybe I should look into Coroplast

You could make the floor out of the Stinger Rigid Honeycomb Board advertised on the Coroplast site. Just don;t pedal it up the Columbia gorge or across the desert when the wind comes up. In fact, you might need a bunch of tent stakes to keep it from becoming airborne while sleeping.
