Shoot. Much worse than I had anticipated. My fault for waiting seven years to do maintenance on the underside. Ideally I'd rebuild but not having the time, money or space I'll hope I can just repair in place.

If you can fiberglass it, look into marine fiberglass repair for rotted wood. Depending on deep into the plies it goes this can work just fine. Have used it on old wood drift boat for repair without issues.

I have some coming. The spots I have rot are all where it gets road spray so I expect I won't find anymore rot.

Yay, got the camper off and found no additional rot or other issues.

I even remembered to unplug everything. Still ripped off the plug. It got caught on something else. A couple pics of my reinforcement I did a long time ago when one of the tie downs ripped out of the wood. Its also reinforced on the interior.

I don't have all the stuff I need to finish up but I can start painting.

First coat on. This time I had the tyvek suit on. Good thing too. Even with the tarp on the ground I still managed to get a spot on newly coated driveway.
