Thought I'd share. Recently my Morningstar remote meter (RM-1) stopped working normally. Only one of the directional navigation keys works, making it more tedious to move through the menus and unable to reset the data.
I emailed them, got a reply in a day, sent them my serial number, and was shipped a replacement unit no questions asked within a week! From PA to BC. Impressive service and very speedy. So although you may already know their equipment is great for campers, now you can be assured of good support as well. At least in my instance.
