I think my favorite Star Trek episode that features Spock -- ummm, Leonard Nimoy -- prominently is "This Side of Paradise".

I like the scene where Spock breaks up with his "girlfriend" beginning at 39:40 in this YouTube version.

And at the very end (at about 48:30), after Kirk spews some militaristic bs, Spock ends it simply and beautifully.

Nimoy was a favorite character in Star Trek, of course, but I also liked that he was a lifelong photographer starting at age 13. He seriously considered photography as a career. There is a book of one of his projects and there have been other gallery and museum exhibitions.
