Mysterious water

New FWC Fleet owner here. We have used the camper for a total of 5 nights now (absolutely love the camper) and when I took the camper off of my truck I opened the drain on the back and estimated 1+ gallons of water slowly drained out. The problem is we have never filled the tank with any water, so I don't know where it came from. I have had the drain open since owning the camper with no water draining as expected. So where did this water come from? I have a few theories so far but hoping someone has an answer.

1. It could be water from the factory that is just now finding its way out of the hoses?
2. When I washed the camper somehow water collected somewhere and now is draining?
3. The fridge (2 way) somehow builds up condensation and uses the same drain?

silly I know...but it is driving me crazy trying to figure it out.

Factory, for testing the systems. Even when drained, there is typically some residual in most RVs.

+2 with Mr. Sage. Water tank holds a gallon or two. I wouldn't keep that open. You don't want spiders nesting in the line or water tank. jd
