New Member Introduction

Hi all, just wanted to say hello as I poke around your forum. I don't have one of the fancy campers but one of your existing members and a friend of mine KC O'Connor is breaking me down and making me recognize their merit through his awesome trip reports. I'm a refuge of sorts from all the Internet 'wheeling forums, none of them quite keep my interest (although Expedition Portal comes the closest). I am a Toyota mini truck driver and have had a WilderNest on it pretty much since the day I bought it. I'm something of a 'Nest zealot, I think they're the bee's knees. I belong to the Toyota Land Cruiser Association and it's local affiliate here in Denver, the Rising Sun 4WD Club of Colorado. I also really enjoy skiing, climbing, riding mountain bikes, standard Colorado fun hog I guess. Anyway, hello!

The Wildernest is pretty cool. I really wanted to find a flippac camper, but then I discovered FWC. Anything that gets you out there is what really counts.

Hey! It's my buddy Dave!

Good to see you here. I know you would love life with a FWC, but it would be hard to imagine you without the Wildernest. Your Hilux and 'Nest are like peanut butter & jelly, the perfect combination.

But your interests are perfectly suited to what goes on around here. Plus there are some great trip reports on WTW, perfect for killing time and inspiration for future travels. This forum is wonderful for fueling those daydreams while tethered to the cubicle.

Thanks again for making the long haul to dinner last week. Next time, let's make more time -
