I switched to a FWC and no longer need the Torklift frame mounts.
This is one set for the front. It fits my CC LWB 2016 and the listing says it fits King Cabs.
Located in Mass, will ship at your cost.
These were on the truck for 1 year.

I'm curious what mounting system you were able to use for the FWC, and which model FWC do you have? I just ordered a Swift shell for my 2013 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X and I have gotten some conflicting info on mounting options......external mounts (like those in your photo), the bed rails people use for Tacoma short beds, or bolt the FWC right onto the truck bed.

I have a Fleet Shell, I had the dealer install 4 eyebolts through the bed. They used aluminum backing plates. Did a bout 10k last summer, including fire roads, and some trails with rocks, no problems at all. Enjoy the new camper.
