Norcold refrigerator

I recently purchased a 1974 10' CO model Alaskan and can not get the Norcold fridge to work. Coils heat up quickly but inside gets no cooler.

Any suggestions?

Old school fix: take it out turn upside down for a day. Turn right side up, wait a day and try on propane. If this does not work you have a good reason to buy one of the new DC fridges.

Thanks, Bill. I've had it upside down since I read your post yesterday so guess it's about time to set it upright. I sure hope it will run off propane as most of my time will be spent far from electricity.

Still doesn't work so I will take it to a friend that is in the RV service business and see what he can do.

I have one of the Igloo Coolmates that works very well but I was hoping to get this one to run off propane. So, I haven't given up completly yet.
