Here's what happens when you don't keep some air in the Firestone Ride Rites. I was able to fix them by raising the frame off the axle with a floor jack, inflating them to 100# and then gradually lowering the jack while reducing the pressure and massaging the bladder back down onto the cylinder.

Ha ha oops is rite! I brought my truck home from the shop one day and same thing. I must’ve looked like a cartoon with my eyeballs popping out. I Hooked a chain to my trailer hitch and lifted the back end off the ground with a gantry and popped them straight. I remember the guy who installed my bags said to not leave them at zero but have enough pressure to keep their shape
