Page Not Found - possibly fixed

Hi everyone,

Janet let us know the programmers have found what they suspected to be the cause of the “Page Not Found” error that has recently plagued the site. They made a few changes, and we are hopeful this does the trick.

If you see the error again, please report it so the programming staff can dig back in.
