I have enjoyed checking out the pics on this site for some time and feel its about time to post some of mine, the wife and I live in the Carson City Nevada area so most pics are from the Eastern Sierra and N.Cal. the first one is fromthe Redwood Forest on 2-8-2008 next is the carson river 4-5-2008

This is Lake Camanche on 4-14 then the Feather river on 4-23 we do a little whitewater kayaking which explains all the stuff!

First is wolf creek that feeds the Carson river 2nd is the West Walker river 3rd is the wife and I in the 2 man on the Walker 4th is on the carson near the turnoff for monitor pass these are all from May 08

These are from June 08 the first two are from moonrocks we went riding with some friends the third is from Topaz Lake the fourth back on the Carson river and the last one is from Twin Lakes.... we try to get out most weekends.

These are july pics, 1st is Buckeye CG off hwy 395 next is a road from Topaz Ln near the lake in Cal. to hwy 338 in Nev. passing Desert creek ,third is Topaz lake, last is Twin lakes Cal.

Now August

1st is Rye Patch res. just below the dam off hwy 80 Nev.2nd is the fish lake area I think hwy 6 east of Bishop 3rd is further out in the desert not sure exactly where 4th I love the Joshua trees.

These are Sept and Oct. 1st back at Twin lakes for the last trip there before winter (I hate that word), next two is at Crab Pots hot springs near Mammoth find the FWC in this pic, then Mono Lake after that is Walker lake

and last is Benton hot springs, Benton inn has campsites with your own hotspring tub for $35 per night for 2 people, no loud music, no tub hopping, just privacy.

Benton Hot Springs camping with your own pool looks great, is it open during the winter months? What kind of storage extention do you have off the back of your rear bumper? Did you make that or where did you buy it? Thanks again for sharing your trip. Terri

Just go here http://www.historicbentonhotsprings.com/ . The rack on the back is from Harbor Freight www.harborfreight.com/ it is aluminum I think I paid around $70.00 for it
