Found this picture of a paper towel holder on a craigslist ad for an Outfitter for sale. Anyone seen anything like this before? I love the idea.

That's basically what we use only mounted on the rear lift panel over the refer area.
Works great and simple.

I just use a vertical holder. Fits securely under the folded softside and, since I do most of my cooking and eating outside, is portable.
