Proud day for America

Today is a hard day for me and my Family.

So many of our friends are going through hard times here and overseas.

I just want to say thank you to the the brave souls that sacrificed for us all on this day thirteen years ago today.

Yes, a day no one will ever forget. Many sacrifices in the thirteen years since, too. We'd have never thought out or our two sons and their two matching-age boy first cousins, all 4 born 1983-1987, that 3 of them would serve combat tours overseas, 2009-2014. Looks like the career officer among them might be going back for a 4th tour one of these days soon.
