Rebuilding jack

Jack in my camper is leaky around the pump. Has anyone had this apart. Also the lines to the to back jacks have been pinched with pliers any advice on making to new lines, where to get copper pipe or can I retro fit plastic?

My lines are all plastic, should be easy to retrofit. Look at the truck air line fittings. While your at it you could also put in a electric pump instead of your hand one, only drawback is your battery will have to be up to use it. I had thought of a manual pump as well as the electric just never got around to it. I posted pictures of my pump a while ago.

be careful adding an electric pump...I've seen some diastrous results from pumping up without a limit switch or the switch sticking....yahoo

I rebuilt my jack,only took a few minutes, got a new oring from the local tractor supply.
