Rieco titan jack problems

[Buckwheat]

I have one jack that is alot harder up and down then the others, it feels very tight and seems as it has a skip in it. I have popped off the top cover and the gears look good and I gave the the gears some grease and still seams the same. Anyone have any ideas?

Look at the roll pin for the gear, they break at times. use a punch to knock pin out, if it's in a couple of pieces bingo. It can be ordered from Rieco. I had to replace one already.

I will take a look at that thank you. I kind of solved the problem today i picked up a set of 4 heavy duty ones off of craigslist today for cheap, So anyone want to buy a set of standard duty ones?
