SOLD 1990 Roamin' Chariot Pop-Up Camper PROJECT $500

SOLD
I picked up a FWC Keystone at a price too good to pass up, so my Roamin' Chariot project needs to find a good home. I realize the posted price may be high for a project but was trying to filter out the craigslist weirdos. If you are interested make me an offer, I would like to see this go to a good home where it could get the proper attention it needs. Located in Cathlamet, WA.

Text from my Craigslist ad:
Similar construction to Four Wheel or ATC campers. It was my project until I just purchased a FWC at a price too good to pass up last week. I was in the middle of converting the roof to a Four Wheel Style lift system, it does include one FWC Front Lift Panel. Or with the purchase of a teardrop trailer hinge it could be quickly converted back to its original style and used as designed.

Fits in my full size truck with the tailgate up. Previous owner ran it in a Toyota T100 with the tailgate down without issue due to its light weight. Floor pack is wood and could be narrowed if needed.

Interior is Solid and roof/seams don't leak. Stored inside.
Newly painted bottom plywood.
Sliding front window, radius windows all sides.
Newly painted interior walls with blackout curtains and seat cushions.
Queen bed sized cabover slide-out with new insulation installed under cabover portion.
Several light fixtures include-not installed.
No title as it came from oregon.
Also includes about 16' of aluminum RV corner trim for installation if needed; plus an older 5-gallon horizontal propane tank (POL fitting, no OPD)
White campers jacks and the roof lift struts in the photos went to my new camper but it does come with a set of 4 hydraulic "Hijacker" camper jacks. (See pic)

Dimensions:
11' 11" overall length including cabover.
75.5" overall width- same as FWC Fleet
Floor length: 94" (7' 8")
Closed height: 56"
Between wheel wells width: 48"
Minimum Tailgate Width: 55"
Weight: unsure but guessing approx 500 pounds as it sits.

Siding is in good shape except for 1990 era paint. There are several screw holes from previous owner that need patched.
Currently roof is unattached but bottom of lift panel riveted in and ready to go.
Front right corner had small leak, can be quickly patched with included RV trim.
All interior and exterior aluminum trim included.
