My used Grandby came with a well used factory rack. Its pretty bent up and I would like to replace it with a yakima system. Is there a source for the 120-inch yakima rails that bolt to the camper roof? Looks like Yakima sells 60-inch max length. Does FWC just use two end to end? Also, if there is a good reason not to make the swap, let me have it. Thanks!

I think you have to use two rails,I believe thats the way the makers (ATC/FWC) do it.I have the factory rack and find it more useful as I carry a canoe and with the factory rack it doesn't sit as high. There are many things you can do with the factory rack to modify it.I was able to install my 45w solar panel to the right rear frame so that it makes a nice installation.Another reason I went with the factory rack was cost vs usefulness.

Hope this helps.

This is what I used..... http://yakima.com/product/details/bolt-toploader

and the old school towers... https://www.yakima.com/shop/racksystems/naked-roof/1a-raingutter

buy top loader from http://www.trailsedge.com/products/14347-bolt-toploader?gclid=COHo5LXjpKgCFUgbQgodohdQHQ

then go to your local craigslist and search for the towers, they are usually cheap.
