Running the 12v Compressor Fridge

I recently installed an Indel B 130L 12 v fridge. I run it off the and have been keeping it on even when not camping. Any advice out there for keeping it on between trips or turning it off? Is one way better for the fridge? My solar gets down to 95% overnight and always regains to 100% by early afternoon. Thanks.

I keep mine semi stocked so I never turn it off.

Truckfridge 130L here... also and Indel type. Has been on continuously since install 4 years ago.

I turned my 12v fridge off between trips and turned on the day before we left. Did this over 8 years and never had a problem. Doing the same with my bigger van fridge. I think doing either will be OK.

Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like either way is fine. I really love my 12 v after struggling with my 3 way forever.
