Shovel / Ax mount

Wondering if anyone has come up with a way to lock their shovel and ax similar to how the mule outfitters lock works on their accessory bracket. I don’t need a shovel and ax and they won’t sell the lock by itself.

To clarify, the mount is actually made by aluminess not mule so not their fault they can’t sell it by itself.

My hi lift is locked but not my shovel or axe. I did have an axe grow legs once. No one wants to steal my shovel

I’ve had one on their roof rack on another truck, works great. Not cheap but not $300 either, I could use a quick fist to clamp about 1/3 up the ax handle as well to stop any rattle.

What I’d really like is one for my splitting maul, that has been worth its weight in gold over the years.
