Sizing a Refrigerator

I am replacing my Norcold 1.9 cu.ft. refrigerator. I am waffling between a 2+ cu.ft and a 3 cu.ft (the largest that will fit) replacement.

What say you: is the larger refrigerator worth the ~$125 extra cost and the slightly higher energy consumption? I was able to make the Norcold work, but it was tight.
