SOLD 2009 Bobcat for sale in southern New Mexico $8500

I am selling my 2009 Bobcat camper. The condition of the camper is excellent.

Equipment is as follows:

4 - Mechanical jacks
3 way refrigerator
Battery pack
Extended bed
Fantastic Fan (3 speed)
Sliding front window
Side dinette
2 burner stove
Manual water pump
40W solar panel that can be deployed
Furnace
4 step scissor steps as well as the step stool

We have found the dinette configuration to be very convenient. There is plenty of foot and floor space when it is up and storage when it is down. In addition, when down, the dinette is a good bed for naps. The table stores under the cushions and forms part of the bed.

It does not have screen door or awning.

Purchaser can also have a 5 gallon blue boy and a PET toilet.
If it is to be mounted on a 2005 - 2013 Tacoma, the Tork Lift front mounts are also available at no extra charge.

It will stay in Las Cruces, as a matter of fact.

As for the sale reasons, I just decided the Caravel rebuild was going to take both time and money so I had to prepare for the long haul. I'm waiting for the wind to slow or stop for a couple of days so I can lift the shell and get the floor in and bolted down. It looks like a long wait. Once I get the floor in place, I can insulate the belly and cut and fit the belly pan in place. Then it will be close to time for appliances, cabinetry, electrical, etc.
Projects seem to get larger as you go!
