I promised my lovely wife many years ago that I would never kill myself to get a photo. Situational awareness. The poor woman must have been utterly shocked when she backed up to frame the photo and everything went wrong in an instant. I am glad she did not die, but her injuries do seem bad -- enough to be life-flighted to a burn center. Tragic. But a good reminder to always be aware of your surroundings.
