Something up there doesn’t like me

I need some advice. I have a 2016 Grandby that I have parked under some Norway pine trees for years. This spring the windshield and side windows of my truck were splattered with tiny drops of pitch with a dusting of pollen from the trees. I was able to scrape the dried pitch from the truck widows using a single edge razor blade. But the top of the Grandby has black streaks from years of pitch, pollen and dirt. Is there a soap or solvent that can safely wash that away without removing the paint?
Yes, I park somewhere else now. But too late, I got so smart.

Wet a cloth with alcohol and let it sit on a spot for a few minutes, you must let it sit. Alcohol will soften the pitch and you can wipe it off. I ruined the paint on one car until I learned this.
