Ski-Anything is possible -at least for a while, me thinks. Wasn't it just a few years ago that they blew up an old dam on a river somewhere down that way in the LP NF so the salmon could do their historic runs-and now they are doing their thing again. Nature is a wonderful thing, given a chance she will put things right again, just remember how all those trampled springs and meadows came back to life once we took the cattle/sheep and horses off, or think about what the High Rock area looked like before we did it there-two different worlds.

It is sad that people have to go to such lengths to try to generate interest in restoring the LA River. If people could just go to work and restore the river, the fish would come back. What a resource it could be in the middle of a big city.
