Hello, Looking to buy steps for Hawk (Four Wheel Campers). I live in Washington state and understand you do not wish to ship them but do have questions. Wondering why the steps aren't working for you? Any help is appreciated. I'm new to this and stumbling around a bit. Thanks in advance, Rob.

rob, they are heavy, and i find that a simple trailer hitch step i made is good enough for us
