Tacoma tie downs

Does anyone have a drawing of the bolt-in tie-downs for a '14 Tacoma? I've got a local guy who can make them for me.

How bout getting something like this:

That's my plan anyway. They're stainless steel and rated to 5600lbs each. Not sure what the point of the big bar between the two mounting points is. Although, it is kinda nice to have those centering plates so the camper goes back to the exact same spot each time.

I mean, you could...I have read you shouldn't do things like towing cars with climbing carabiners, not sure if that applies to the bolt hangers though, i'm thinking not since they're steel vs. aluminum, but I don't really know.
