Looks like a great trip. Thanks for sharing. Puts me in mind of the 7 years I lived in Texas. Loved the music, hill country, german food and some very nice state parks.

Oir lab spotted one on a sunset hike, and made us aware. When we got back to our campsite we spotted another. They are fun to watch.

Thanks everyone. Bill hope you got to see some Bluebonnets. I'm on a couple of Texas Bluebonnet sites on Facebook and even with the deep freeze in February, they have really bloomed in a number of places.
