I love to cook with Solar, maybe it's just a phase…lol….
Today I cooked a meal of Sweet Peppers and Ground Turkey in the Oven built from Dollar Store Items. A detailed write up is on my blog,

Pretty cool.
My Dad made a solar oven of plywood, foil and a slanted glass top to let the sun in, that was back in the late 1950's.
Meals always tasted so... good... out in the forest, after loading up the truck with firewood for the cabin and before heading back.

What's the make/model of the silicone pot?
Looks like it folds almost flat, too?

Alley-Kat, Glad you liked it! The Silicone pot came with another purchase, yes it folds flat and is rated good up to 485 degrees. It does't have a brand name.

OK, thanks.
Did I read in your blog that you got it (or you saw something like it) at the Dollar Store?
I'll have to get downtown soon, I haven't visited our Dollar Store since it opened last year.
