Thickness of cabover floor?

Anyone know how thick the floor of the cabover is? Feels pretty stout so I'm guessing 3/4" plywood?

I'm struggling with where to mount two 1.75 gal Rotopacks......there is plenty of clearance under the cabover if they are back against the exterior front wall.

My 2018 Panther was bought used and has the optional rear window right of the door so that really complicates mounting there. The other side has the LP heater and I'm not comfortable mounting plastic gas cans so close above the heater exhaust.

I believe the floor is 3/4" material.
How comfortable do you feel mounting the
Rotopacks laying down over your cab?
Could you make a rack spanning the window
and mount the packs there?

Why don't you Google mounting Rotopacks on FWC campers at WTW.
You might find that other members have some mounting ideas.

If you don't mind going over the rear window, you could span that area. When I was thinking of mounting a small propane tank, I called ATC and was told that there is a post just inside of the jack bracket and a post just outside of the door so they recommended spanning the whole side. Keep in mind that depending on the offset, the open door might hit them.

Here is what I did to mount the 5lb propane bottle -

Here is a thread with a picture of a mount under the overhang -

I put two Roto Pax on the back of my Bobcat, one each side of the door, and there was plenty clearance with the furnace exhaust. Marty would not have built it that way if he believed there was an issue.

Call ATC and get their input.

FWC told me It’s 5/8” awhile back when I was attaching a holder for my picnic table. Sorry thought you were talking about a FWC!

Where did you get the propane tank mount from?
