I am planning on riding (BMW K1600) over tomorrow. All major passes are now open.

wow! that pass and hwy. 4 is a great loop. Heck, any of the Sierra pass's make a great loop! Since buying a Miata, I've been enjoying driving again. Funnest car I've ever had, # 49.
