The sign at Soulsbyville and 108 said pass was open today on my way home. Whoo-hoo!

Interesting.On Tuesday on the way up 108 the sigh for Tioga said a fee required.So that led me to believe it was open or someone just changed the sign.Sonora pass showed closed after Kennedy Meadow,and Ebbetts closed at Lake Alpine.
Headed up to the lake and see what gives.

Looked like the pass could have been open for a few weeks, Not much snow. Time to get out and enjoy the Sierra's

Bil must just missed you I was at Hermit Valley fishing about noon today.
Yeh not much snow.Went to Yosemite yesterday in search of the "open" pass.Not yet.Lots of water in the falls.
It seemed strange that the Tioga pass sign had not said it was closed.
Should have gone up Sonora Pass to make the full circle back Dorrington.
