I do. Kinda spooky at first. Very important to find the exact balance point. I don't let the camper hang on the jacks any longer than necessary. I lower it onto a dolly so I can move it around.
I had them for my first Hawk, and used them for several years. I never had an issue, but was never comfortable with them either. I eventually had jacks installed on that camper, and also had jacks installed on my new Hawk before I got it. I feel much safer using the factory jacks.
The reason I ask , I have Reico on all corners but I don't haul them around cause they're are heavy. however I would like to take the camper off at camp destinations, any thoughts ?
