I've decided it's time to re-upholstery my dining table bench seats in my 64 NCO. I'm planning on doing this myself and was wanting to know if someone has any ideas on where to buy the foam and the pattern? I've found some online but I don't know which is a good company or not and would rather buy from someplace that has a good reputation.
Thanks for any feedback.

I just pulled off the old cover and foam on mine (both stank bad) The foam was super dirty (top was completely grey and falling apart). The covers were a heavier upholstery grade material, Reminded me of my parent couch from the 70's.

I am deciding if I want to leave it like it was with the back and bottom attached, or make separate pieces.

For foam I have bought 2 mattresses from these guys for a couple of roof top tents I had over the years.
https://www.thefoamfactory.com/ I was not only please with the results, but the quality of the foam.

I used a single twin bed (39" wide) latex foam mattress and cut it with a handsaw, slid a piece of plywood inside and then stapled the fabric to the plywood. No sewing involved, just wrap it like a Christmas present and staple along the bottom. Here are some pictures from my Shasta trailer, I did the same thing with my Alaskan.

Very nicely done! Thanks so much for sharing and for the pictures. I think I'm going to do the same but I doubt it will turn out as nice as yours.

In my early ‘60s Alaskan NCO, I used this queen size memory foam mattress from Wayfair: https://www.wayfair.com/furniture/pdp/wayfair-sleep-5-firm-gel-memory-foam-mattress-w002392671.html?refid=TEM_WF363129&mmid=3896467147&csnid=0EE2A6E6-D002-4BB1-9F3A-E3EF57551B54&libra_c=&libra_d=&libra_g=&cltr=&piid=365885549
The length and width were cut to fit. The thickness was almost exactly the same as the original.
Sourced 4 yards of upholstery fabric in “willow creek” red/orange from Revolution Fabrics

Very comfortable, and the fabric has worked out well.
