A question for the group . . . . in the past, forum members have stated that if a CL ad has no person's name, no email address, and/or no phone number to stay away (might be an email harvesting scam). I have some interest in the above, but am skeptical. What do you think? Thanks.

Whenever I list things on CL I never publish and email address or phone number as I don't want them harvested from the AD and want to be in control of what yahoos contact me (they can't keep contacting me if I cancel the randomized craigslist contact without ever replying to them).

However I usually post things with plenty of personalized & descriptive pictures so its obvious its not a generic AD.

In general though if worried use a secondary email addy if needed.

I had a CD with photos of the Jimmy. I may have thrown it away. I will look if anyone is interested. Camper could be had cheap. It is basically a shell and rough. It has been for sale since at least November of last year. The guy bought it to resell. Those campers are hard to come buy seperate.

Being partially brain dead(age and Hornitos)I posted this in the wrong place.

I was looking at a trailer for a friend at;
Easy RV (520) 512 8171
I spotted '02 4WC either an Eagle or Falcon (I think). It's not for a full size truck but I didn't have time to get the serial#. It looks like its in nice condition but again I didn't inspect it very thoroughly. It has a furnace and a 3 way fridge. 4 corner jacks and a roof rack. The guy to talk to when you call is Jed and if you buy it tell him he owes the guy that was looking at the "Fun Seeker" a commission.

The Reno CL one looks like a Starcraft but I'm not 100% positive.

It must be hammered far beyond what the pics show though, that guy has been trying to get rid of that camper for months.

I talked to this fellow about his 2005 fully loaded Hawk. No furnace. Unfortunately again, too tall for my 2001 Tundra. Still looking for my Kestrel or even Eagle that is not as tall as the standard Hawk. Keith barnesclan@hotmail.com

I purchased a new 2008 Hawk for my 2000 Tundra from the FWC factory in Woodland. At that time, they asked me if I wanted it built especially for the Tundra (which I assumed was the Kestrel model)....or if I just wanted to build it to standard specs. I opted for standard specs reasoning that I would be replacing the Tundra in a couple of years (didn't know with what at the time).

So, bottom line is a standard FWC Hawk model fits just fine on a Tundra. All that happens is that you end up with a bit more room between the forward extension and the roof of the truck. I ended up putting a Yakama roof rack in that spot and stored folding chairs and the like up there.

The standard Hawk will work just fine....go for it! Here is a picture of the standrd Hawk on a Tundra.
