Going to look at this one tomorrow. Looks slightly over priced considering some of the other great deals i've seen on here, but does $4,000 seem like a reasonable offer for this? It's a 2002, with awning, roof rack, heater, and sink. No frig or stove.

pasowino, just FYI, this unit has been on craigslist since last spring. When it first was listed, a friend of mine was interested and contacted the seller. The responses were poor or nonexsistant. My friend gave up. Look it over well. If you are interested and the seller is serious about selling, I'd start with a low offer.

Thanks ski3pin. I had been watching it for a while on Craigslist as well. I called the guy once before and it took him several weeks to call me back. Nonetheless, I went down and looked at it. The camper is fairly sound. No leaks that I could tell. The inside is fairly tired, but I was looking for a shell anyway, so this one will work out OK and it comes with a bonus furnace, sink, auxiliary battery, awning, screen door, roof racks, two brand new vents, and a brand new fantastic fan (installed at the factory a couple weeks ago).

We settled on $4000. I will have to do some fix up inside, but it will be a great camper for my wife and I and young daughters when I'm done "remodeling". :)
