Thinking of putting my 2012 ATC Bobcat modified shell up for sale.

Reason for selling:
I really thought this would be the perfect camper for us but its really just too small for the family. That's really the only reason I'm selling. The camper has been awesome. Looking to do a Class B or C camper. Yeah, I know, blasphemy...

It has the following options:
Couch (that turns into the bed). It's located on the drivers side.
Battery
Solar panel
Yakima tracks
Gas struts on front
Handles/footrests to get on roof
3 - 12 volt outlets
4 Reico Titan camper jacks
Dual fantastic fans
Added a small shelf (3 shelves) in the back in the drivers side corner
I built a trunk along the passenger side on top of the first step
I did the window flap awnings mod with the PVC pipe.
I did a reflectix mod for the inside "dead space" to keep the camper warmer/cooler.
Dometic flush toilet (flushes into its own tank)
Would consider selling a dometic/waeco fridge (like engel/arb), but not in the current price.
Would consider selling Olympic wave 3 heater and small 5lb propane tank, but not in the current price.

Would like to get $8500.

Located in Wilmington, NC.

Am on a business trip now, so I don't have any pics at the moment, but if there is some interest I can add a few upon my return.

I posted on CL my Four Wheel Pop Up Camper, Hawk model, 2009. It is listed in the El Paso, TX site. Price is $9,900 firm. It is in very good shape. Includes a two burner stove, two fantastic fans, two ceiling lights, sink, water tank with pump, and an Engel refrigerator. It has a solar panel with two deep cycle batteries that can run all electric items, including the refrigerator 24/7. It does not have an air conditioner nor a heater. It is located near Alamogordo, NM. Steve
