Howdy

We are going to Vermont to farm sit for a friend for the month of March.

Be glad to hear from kindred spirits in that part of the world. Too cold to drive the camper.

Curious, why would it be too cold to drive the camper? I assume you want to see parts of New England. When you finish your 1 month head up to Maine, Bar Harbour, Acadia NP and drive down along the coast to Booth Bay and Camden. In Vermont go to Grand Isle and Grand Isle SP, Burlington, Stowe's SP and down to Middlebury. At Stowe drive up and hike Mount "M", forget the name.

Howdy Longhorn,

Because we would have driven 3006 miles from the north Oregon Coast !

We used to live in the mid Atlantic area and love northern Vermont and the Maine woods and coast...and the Maritimes and Labrador.

This is more of a chance to help out a new friend, get in some animal time and savor MUD Season in Vermont.

The frozen earth under gravel roads melts leaving bottomless pits....also the granite dust that is Vermont soil runs like a slurry down any incline.

We are staying at her 1850 home and driving her beater Toyota 4WD when needed....to the feed store etc.
