As a cheap backup plan for the future, I've had luck applying blue Dawn dish soap on poison ivy. Just apply it strait to the blisters and it draws out the oils and dries faster than it does on its own.

Dawn, probably not nearly as painful as scratching it bloody then pouring bleach on it.
