What do you do with the Cubbyhole?

I have an Eagle 2011 and that space has perplexed me... I thought I'd make a slide out book shelf...then I saw this table at the Overland rally in VT this summer. Walmart (I know I hate to admit it) $20 a very light weight table great for those evening meals and it fits perfectly!

That seems like the only and best use for that small space.
I keep part of my TV table there.
