camping somewhere in the Sierra Nevada range
...the variety. Camped at below sea level and 6700 feet in the same week.

Last weekend camping at Lassen Nat'l Park and getting our snowshoe fix. Ranger said they got 12 inches of new snow in 2 days and we got there just at the tail end of the storm. Winter wonderland.

You are indeed fortunate Vic!
The best we can do here in VA is 0' to about 3500' but we can't drive to that elevation (usually only about 2500')
How did the Hallmark do in the snow?

So many places to visit, and so close too. Can't wait for the next trip.

And a shout out to the truck camper - my wife and daughter seem to like being off the beaten path more with some creature comforts. If it was just me, I'd probably be sleeping in the back of my Jeep. But I have to admit, I'm getting spoiled quickly.
