It’s been a long time since I’ve been through Bishop, so I have no specifics to recommend, I am familiar with the previously mentioned dealers. As mentioned any shop who couldn’t figure out how to get your truck up and do the work didn’t want to do the work, or is highly incompetent.
I think Bishop, (I think we’re talking about Bishop, right?), is big and diverse enough to have someplace doing tire work on big trucks and heavy equipment. Heck, where I live the two tire dealers will sell, fix and service anything from a wheelbarrow tire to about the biggest off highway earth moving equipment made. Point is if brand X or Y can’t help you, look for a shop doing heavy equipment and commercial truck tires too. They’ll certainly know how to run a couple of big floor jacks under your truck and do your rotation.
I wish you luck in finding service, and am curious to read about your solution.
