Hi all -

I want to do a few personal decorating details in my new Eagle shell camper. I am thinking of putting wood veneer on a couple of the interior walls. Has anyone done this, and if so, what is the best way to attach a wood veneer? The new walls have more of a vinyl look/ feel, and I like the wood walls better. Thanks for any ideas.

If I was restoring an old camper I would just remove the wallboard and replace it with wood paneling of some sort. That's hard to justify in a new camper like yours! I'm sure a thin veneer could be laid over the existing. On my 2012 it's a printed paper surface. I think the newer ones have a vinyl surface. That being the case my 1st call would be to FWC to verify the surface. It might make a huge difference in the type of adhesive needed to secure the veneer.

I understand the wood attraction. I live in a log home. A friend on here turned me on to the NEW Capri campers. They now have an aromatic cedar interior as an option. Sure is pretty!
